Returns and Exchanges

If there are any issues with the item/s you have received (wrong size, change of mind, not as described) item/s can be returned to us for store credit.

You will need to cover the cost of return postage to us.

Your item/s will need to be in their original packaging and as new condition (unworn/unwashed/unstained).

You have 14 days (after receiving your item/s) to return them.

Store credit will be issued to you via email once your item/s have been received and approved by us.

If you have FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) and don’t want to miss out on your size, we highly recommend purchasing the new item/s before receiving your store credit. We can not be responsible if the item you want sells out.

We will only offer a refund if the product you receive has a manufacturing fault, this will be closely revised before we can provide a full refund. Please be advised that further conditions regarding original shipping costs may apply.

We do not offer refunds for gift cards or vouchers.
