About

When your rocking your brand new gym outfit, strap on a weight belt and set your sights on a barbell everything else evaporates from the mind. There’s something fierce about that.

At VAUNT Lifting we have been working with women who inspire us. They go after their goals, they pursue them unashamedly and at full throttle. We work with women who personify strength and endurance and determination. We make clothing and accessories that supports them to go harder, go faster and be stronger.

VAUNT Lifting is made for women (and men) who get their medicine from lifting.

We’ve watched the rise of the female fitness army– and it’s pretty damn awe-inspiring.

Vaunt belts are made to help women obliterate their goals. Supporting them, quite literally, to do better than they ever have before. Adjustable, easy to put on and in a range of colours and patterns, take Vaunt to your next heavy sesh.

Jemma about me headshot

I’m the owner and designer at VAUNT Lifting, Jemma, and I hail from the sunny Central Coast of NSW.

I created VAUNT Lifting after noticing a serious gap in the market in Australia for lifting equipment that was not only practical but also to a woman’s taste.

Like most fit girls, I love to lift weight in colourful new gym clothes and accessories.

I just couldn’t understand why all the major lifting equipment players weren’t catering to this need. Which is when I decided to make the equipment myself.

I’ve been hooked on weight lifting ever since meeting my husband in 2005. I've dabbled in both Crossfit and traditional weight training over the last 10 years and recently started competing in fitness competitions. So you can rest assured that VAUNT Lifting equipment is made by a female lifter, for female lifters.

My first weight belt was created and it ticked all the boxes. I figured that if I wanted more than just black in my life there would be other people out there who would too. I set my imagination free designing a range of belts that I knew lifters would be proud to wear.

I've since launched into clothing with some bright and colourful outfits that will hug and flatter your figure and they will still look amazing even after the hardest of workouts.

My sole focus is to create simple, comfortable, colourful options to add flair and awesomeness to gym bags around the world. I hope you love VAUNT Lifting as much as I do.

You may not always be able to have a perfect workout but you can have the perfect outfit.
